Custom Order - Deposit

Custom Piece Deposit and Ordering Terms

To secure a place in the queue for a custom piece, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be placed on Suzanne's custom order waiting list and contacted to commence the design process.

The $50.00 deposit will be credited toward the final purchase price of your custom piece upon completion of the order.

During the consultation process, Suzanne will work with you to select the stone or stones appropriate for your chosen design. The design may be based on an existing Buttonbow creation, a design supplied by you, or a collaborative design developed with Suzanne. Once the design concept has been established, Suzanne will advise on the most suitable cord type and materials required to achieve the best possible result, after which you may select your preferred cord colours.

Should you decide not to proceed with the custom piece at any time prior to the final design, pricing, and specifications being agreed upon, your $50.00 deposit will be refunded in full.

However, once the design details, materials, and final price have been agreed upon and you have authorised Suzanne to commence work on your custom piece, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you subsequently cancel the order or choose not to proceed, the $50.00 deposit will be forfeited. This amount compensates for the time invested in consultations, design development, sourcing materials, and organising the components required for your custom order.

No custom piece will be commenced until the $50.00 deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the purchase price will be due upon completion of the piece and must be paid in full prior to shipment or collection.
